This training aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in accordance with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines.
This training ensures participants who work in the aged care and disability support sectors meet Safe Work Australia’s recommendation that CPR refresher training be completed every 12 months to maintain competence in emergency response procedures.
This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in accordance with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines. It applies to persons who may be required to provide CPR in various situations, including community and workplace settings.

This program is being delivered over 3 hours, which includes a theory test and a practical workshop (9.00 am to 12.30 pm or 1.00 pm to 3.30 pm, with 30-minute break)
